We have an agricultural land in Bangalore outskirts. We have converted it to Commercial and have built two factory sheds. The sheds are to be reached by main road by passing through a DC converted layout and the DC converted layout owner is now denying the usage of roads to reach the factory sheds. Now we have problem because there is no other road to reach our premises. Can Some one guide us in this matter whether the DC converted land owner can deny the usage of roads by our vehicles and Lorrys for reaching the premises.
