Dear Sirs,
My uncle blocks our only road by parking his four wheeler. which we use to go to home, it's through our ancestral property and front of ancestral house, three police complaint we register against him (cross complaint he also file), police not willing to take any action against him (in fear of he will pressurize them using RTI), he is saying there is no road on revenue department record, police told us go to Tehsil (Taluka place tehasildar) for your dispute, please suggest what we have to do?
