I bought a Vehicle in Vishakapatnam before Andhra split and have paid the road tax for my vehicle at vishakapatnam and then I moved to Bangalore and completed a whole lot of formalities and paid the road tax in bangalore and according to Govt rules fulfilled everything and am claiming for road tax at Vishakapatnam. I have received a Govt order stating that my amount be refunded Vishakapatnam RTO is saying they have sent the refund to Hyd and people at Hyderabad are saying because of the split the rules are not clear and hence cannot send my refund. Pls see Government order attached for my refund. What should I do now.
