Hi,
We have a agriculture land in my mothers name at my village. Our land has no road attached to it. We have to pass through neighbours land.
Neighbours are causing trouble to us by blocking our way. We have moved out of the village and leased the land to someone else. Whenever we are visiting the land we have to pass through other's land. One neighbour has even fenced the border where we used to drive vehicles. No vehicles can go to our farm.
Is there any way to legally solve this?. Please help me.
