Dear Sir
I want to purchase a flat in GDA (Ghaziabad Development Authority) leasehold property from original allottee. As the flat is situated on the 3rd (top floor), so in the original allotment letter of GDA, right of roof is mentioned. But now, it is told to me that in the sale deed GDA doesnot allow right to roof, even to top floor owner to which earlier to is so provided on the allotment letter. They will mention flat no. without roof right with transfer of lease right.
It is requested to provide me the rules in this regard.
