Dear All,
Is there any State treasury in the Country, where stamps are sold to the stamp Vendor on routine basis eg; non-judicial stamp on Monday, Court fees on wednesday and Notarial stamp on friday etc? the issue is stamp vndors coming from remote areas had to wait for the fixed routine dto ay purchase stamp from the treasury, and this practice is causing lots of inconvenience to the stamp vendors and the litigants and lawyers in my state? Is such practice prevailing in other State of India?
