Can an apartment owner, contributing the monthly maintenance charges, has the right to seek information from Apartment Registered Society about the financial transactions and other security related activities ?
The Society is neither denying nor provoding such informations sought for.
Kindly guide how to seek these informations, purely for the transparent functioning of the Society.
