Dear ALL EXPERT,
I have filed an application under RTI which was not replied by the deptt.(Asstt information officer)
The matter was taken up on phone also but he told that the concerning deptt is not furnishing the details.
Thereafter I have filed the appeal to appellant authority who has also not replied and on taking up the matter with him he also informed that the concern deptt is not furnishing the details.
Kindly inform how to proceed further with the CIC and how to claim the penalty for not informing the details and is there any punishment for not supplying the information.
