After 2 years to get NCDRC to address an RTI appeal on SEC 19A and regulation Rule 11 based information, Central Information Commission issues an order that doesn't address any of those issues. Is there any need for RTI act which is bypassed by government departments stating that the requested Data is not information under RTI act or deflect it with unconnected data knowingly. Check the new CIC order asking NCDRC to publish unconnected data.
