If the PIO has not provided the information or insufficient information you may file an appeal to the appellate authority of the concerned department fo you may Complain to the state information commissioner U/S-18 of the RTI Act, 2005.

You can also informally ask the authority to provide the required information and if they do not abide you can fiel an appeal and remind them that you have field an appeal to get the information urgently. As it takes at least 6 months for the information commission to dispose of you complaint due to the pendency.
