CIC Says , private company should provide information and comes under ambit of RTI act unless it is eroding companies competitive position.
I have applied for private company ( Multinational) for salary information but the answer is " Private company do not come under RTI act ambit" . Please guide further steps to get the information.

rti information can obtain from registrar of companies pertaining to a specified private company details.
