Rti-fir copy received

Hi Sir, Our Private Complaint filed on 7 members U/S 420,406,506,R/S34 in court and same forwarded to Police station on 03.12.2014. Later I got threats from In laws and Police asking money and I given complaint on 15 members to SP & DSP on 31.12.2014 and 19.02.2015 through register post and I have filed RTI on status of my complaint which I sent on 31.12.2014 and 19.02.2015. But I have received the RTI reply and FIR Copy for Private Complaint filed on 7 members (U/S 420,406,506,R/S34) but not received the FIR Copy which I sent to SP & DSP on 31.12.2014 and 19.02.2015 through register post on 15 members.Please advise how to proceed with this.Thanks for ur time

All most all Police stations were advised to upload all FIRs.

If you can not find them in website, please file RTI Application seeking copies of specific FIR copies that you have not received,. The application for requesting such copy has to be made to State Public Information Officer, of that Police station with RTI Fee of Rs.10/- in the form of Adhesive Court fee. The Rules and regulations formulated by your state apply.

Your query 'but not received the FIR Copy which I sent to SP & DSP on 31.12.2014 and 19.02.2015 through register post on 15 members"" is creating confusion.

It appears that infact you wish to know status/progress on investigation.

Hi Sir,Thanks for response. After filling private complaint , I have given fresh 2nd complaint to SP & DSP on 31.12.2014 and 19.02.2015 but I haven't received the FIR Copy on my second complaint. I filed RTI for second complaint but public information office given FIR Copy for 1st private complaint not for Second complaint. Please advise.
