Rti on my salary and nominee

My wife who filed false 498A and maintenance case on me. Appealed to RTI to seek my Salary and nominee. RTI send query to my office and office issue me a to give consent whether to provide data to her or not under section 11(1), RTI act 2005. I already retired now and left the organisation is it mandatory for me to reply the letter or just ignore it.

You can give a reply to the authorities concerned expressing your unwillingness to provide your personal information.

The authorities will then refuse to divulge the information to her.

The organisation where you served is not bound to reply the application under section 6 of the RTI Act, 2005 since the same is barred under section 8 of the Act.

However, if you are willing to disclose your income /salary (since you are already stated to have been retired from service) you may respond to your ex-employer to provide requisite information.
