PIO provides only a public record. Publishing the public record is not an offense. The objective of the enactment of RTI is Transparency and Accountability. Only if the information is published for a larger public interest, there can be a logical ending for seeking information. No one seeks information for storing in cupboards. In any newspaper, every day you can find such information provided or denied under RTI Act.
