1 In a application to EPFO following questions were asked RTI asked
A. Whether PF account No. ABC is/was allotted to establishment named M/S XYZ ?
B. Provide date of opening & closing of said PF account
C. Provide date of joining and leaving of various employees/members in this account.
D. Provide list of actions taken against M/S Kayviat, if any for violation of any of EPFO rules.
2. In reply to querry at sr. No. D, EPFO has informed that 3rd party information can't be shared. To what extent reply of EPFO is valid?3. It is also to be noted that details of establishment & its members is already availble on EPFO website thus may be considered as information in public domain. Apart from this information I have only asked for date of joining & leaving by various members. SO how can EPFO deny information sought under RTI.
