Rti to get status of police complaint

Hi Sir, I have given the complaint to Circle Inspector in local police by register post but no action taken and after 15 days again  I have sent complaint to SP cc to DSP.

 1) Is it possible to file RTI  to find out status of complaint and what investigation / action has been doneby police      in response to a complaint filed .( FIR Not yet filed ), if so, To whom I need to send RTI   Application to SP Office or    Local Police station ? Please advise.

2) If I file RTI on my complaint is there any problems araise with police? Please advise.

3) Please provide me RTI Draft copy to file RTI on complaint. Thanks in advance.

My opinion is,

the best way is to file a WP (Article 226) and state all of synopsis and pray accordingly.

RTI sample application is also available in my links bellow.

Please see clause (h) of Section 8 (1) of RTI Act 2005.

"information which would impede the process of investigation or apprehension or prosecution of offenders" - are prohibited until final Charge-Sheet is filed.

So please apply RTI only after final Charge-Sheet.

Please apply for Certified Copy of FIR and apply in HC for speedy trial on priority.

Please read each of my posts carefully in the following links for sample petitions and other necessary clues.
