Nowadays very few advocates follow these rules leaving their clients to suffer.

yes its very sad to see that Many lawyers are not following the standard rules and duties formed by Bar council of India.They behave with their clients in a very rough language,not give proper responses and make their cases more complicated in lack of time and knowledge inspite of giving their Proposed fee .

Moreover their greedy nature make them to shook hands with opposite party.It's very pity for victim's who already suffering from bad laws unknowingly meet with wrong lawyers.
