If Russia gets Patent of its corona vaccine, will the other countries have to get License to use it from Russian government or the company that actually invented the vaccine?
If the procedure for patenting is long will it be able to issue licenses while the patent application is in processing stage ?
Not only the company in Russia but once a patent is registered, entire rights exclusively belong to that company that registered the patent and no one can internationally produce same formulation without specific permission from that company in whose name such patents were registered.
