I have purchased a Residential flat in 2008, I paid RS.50,000/- for parking space, which is clearly mentioned in the sale dead.
Due to personal reasons I could not shift there. Now I plan to shift, but RWA is not providing any parking space. RWA says to give a parking allotment letter from the builder. The builder is not traceable.
Kindly advice what necessary steps should I take to solve the matter.
