If there are more than one companies registered at the same address, will each company be counted as a separate establishment requiring separate registration under Delhi Shops & Establishment Act?
Similarly, if one company has different offices in the same city or in different cities (or states), does each office require separate registration under S&E Act?

You are obtaining licence for doing the business from that premises and when you have tow different companies working from the same premises then you need seperate licences vis a vis offices in different cities also required licences seperately.
