Case details :-My family has 3 commercial ELIGIBLE structures in a S.R.A scheme in Mumbai,Maharashtra BUT NOT YET ALLOTED , All three are in annexure II declared eligible .one is in the name of my father other in the name of my mother and the last one is in the name of my uncle . 1) S.R.A has rule of one STRUCTURE allotment one family in residental structure ,does it affect anywhere in a commercial structure in my case OF ALLOTMENT ? 2) MY STRUCTURES WERE PARTAILLY DEMOILSHED AND PARTIAL LEFT TO ME , It has been 20 years for the s.r.a schem e , can I get rent for the partial demolition since the time of partial demolition to present date 3)WHAT REMEDIES AND ACTION I CAN INITIATE AGAINST THE BUILDERS TO GET MY RENT AND POSSESSION OF ALLOTMENT ?
