I plan to invest heavily in real estates and put some property for lease also. I want to get some brainstorming ideas on how can i safeguard my investments. I also am a part of Three(3) partnership companies which runs business and I am sleeping partner. The companies have banking loans too.
I want to make sure that my personal properties are safeguard against any business failures/lawsuits/loan defaults due to other business partners mistakes?
Any guidance, tips etc would really be appreciated.
