Salary

Sensible thing to do is to ask the company.

I resigned job because company is not paying salary properly.2 or 3 months once they were giving salary and payment of PF is pending from 6 months.Now they hold my 2 month salary and telling me that i have do 3 months notice period otherwise they will not release salary.My manager sent mail to HR and confirmed that there is no work is pending from my side and everything is clear and they can releave immediately but HR manger not responding..I got job in one good company,there immediate joining was there.So i resigned without serving notice period.And another thing is they(old company) didn't give offer letter when i was joining.I have sent so many mails to HR manager.He didnt reply for even single mail and without giving notice they holded my salary.

So can i give complaint to labour department?
