My father is working on petrol pump as a filler since 20 last years but his salary structure is so less, he is working with Bharat petroleum company, his master says he will hike pay but nothing is to be done. So how can I solve it? All workers r facing the same problem .they have strike once but nothing has been done .
How do you know that your father salary not paid according to the law? Do you know that Bharat petroleum is a large company and have lots of workers in around the country. You are also stating that all workers are facing the same problem. You have also stated that they have been on strike but nothing has been done.
The solution that I can give you is that all workers need to get together; they will need to sign a petition and then approach the people who have the power to make adjustments to workers salaries. Here only collective action will work. Collectively you will have to ask for a pay rise. Otherwise there is not much that can be done.
