salary issue

Page no : 2

Ritesh Maity (Labour Law Advocate)     17 December 2016

Steps to be followed:

1. Email the employer in a soft tone to pay the outstanding salary. Keep a documentation of such email.

2. Write a letter demanding the salary through registered/ speed post. Keep the copy of the postal receipt/ track report.

3. If still they do not pay the salary, then you have to apporach the appropriate authority. (the apporpirate authority will depending on your nature of work/ strength of employees/ nature of company/ salary etc.) An able lawyer will be good for your to guide you further.
