I have been working with a private company in Delhi NCR since December 2015 and till date the company has not disbursed salaries. On the 9th of March 2016 they verbally announced salaries would not be given and hence terminated from company due to no business generated in the last 3 months. Payscale offered was 1,00,000/- per month + incentives + allowances as per offer letter.
Would need some advice on how to recover pending dues from company or if there would be a legal counsel available here in Delhi who can take up the case. Would share details like offer letter, email transcriptts, etc that shows and proves my bonafide employment status with any person who can help out in this issue.
