Salary not paid from 2 months

Sir,

My self Prashant I am working in pvt.ltd company here 2 type salary sheet used with pf and without pf. I worked here without of in account deptt. from Aug to till now without pf sheet worker salary is not given by company.

so please suggest me what we will do. if you asked something I will reply you.

in this case you will have to serve alegal notice to employer asking them to repair the entire documents along with interest feeling which you would be restrained to file a suit for recovery against them in Civil Court.
