I am shanker from Chandigarh. I joining as a sr sales executive in private company on 16 June 2014. On 28th January 2017 I resignation my job because company not giving proper time my salary (every month after 15th) and travel expense after 2 months. Now after 2 months company not clears my pending dues (PF+ one month Salary+ 2 months expense+ LTA). I am sending many mails to company but company not proper guidance how to clear my pending dues.

i am not any member of employes trade.
no i resigened immadate after receved my salary december month on 23 jan 28 jan resiganed

Do you have PF number given by company?
Did you submit TA/DA bills under proper acknowledgment?

Better to file civil suit seeking the recovery of dues after every effort fails to get it from management.
