I have purchased a flat in an apartment building that is under construction in Bangalore. The builder has given me the sale agreement on e-stamp paper. The document descripttion mentioned on the e-stamp is Agreement (Article 12 Bond). The first party is the name of builder group and second party is the name of their director. My name does not appear on the agreement on the first page. However in the body of the agreeement, the matter indicates my name as second party. Can I rely on this document or should I get a new stamp paper in my name and get it signed from the builder? Please advise...
