Dear Experts,
In many old sale deeds, I have seen a clause "In case of any future disputes on the property, I (as the current owner) would bear the burden of sorting out the issues)". How tenable is this clause? I suppose it is upto the buyer to authenticate the credentials of the property and its current owner's real hold of it.
