My query is a Sale Deed Executed in the year 2018 on the basis of unregistered GPA dated 1995 is valid or not ? As some of the judgements I was going through online it is written that all the Unregistered GPA of before 2011 are valid and can be used to transfer the property. Please throw some light on this issue.
Also I would like to bring in your notice that in the above issue that the GPA is forged and owner never made any GPA and GPA holder has lodged a FIR of GPA lost and also the GPA is not there in the Sub Registrar Records.
