I draw your kind attention on following two issues.
Issue1: I have purchased a flat in West bengal for which i took Rs:400000/- loan from SBI. I am a Govt employee and my wife is guranteer of the loan. She is house wife. The loan is also covered under sbi life insurance.
can i register the sale deed soley in my wife's name and submit the same to the bank as mortgaze for disbursement of last installment of loan? If not, can the sale deed be registered for both name?
Issue2: what is the advantage of registering sale deed in wife's name , specially stamp duty is concerned?
