My wife along with her 2 sisters inherited a house constructed by their father on a plot which is 99 years govt lease. The house has been mutated jointly in favour of all 3 with 1/3 rd lease rights.
1) Can any one joint holder sell her share (1/3rd) to third party on POA or sale deed?
2), If one of them stays in the house and refuses to vacate and does not permit sale, what is the way out?
