Sale of property

Property is on mothers name but she died few months ago. Now her 4 son's and 1 daughter wants to sell the property to a third-party. But the property is still on mothers name. In this case what should be done. the property should be first transfered to 1 son and then they can sale this property to the third party with other siblings consent or is there any other way to do this sale of property. if they transfer the house to 1 son and he sales the house to third party. Can the other siblings claim for the house after the sale is done to the third-party.  Pls guide.

I am the third-party.

Thanks & Regards,

Neeraj

when the house is transfered to all the 4 sons n 1 daughter after there mother died.. n they want to sell the house to other person.. is it neceassary to transfer the house to 1 son and then sale the house.. if it is so what is the procedure to release the property by other siblings.. they should do it through a court or a notary..
