Hon'ble High Court Madhya Pradesh directed to the state govt. to pay equal salary to home guards as equal to constables vide order dated on 22-09-2011 in an interim order in bunch petitions.

Most of the High Courts have gone High tech. Pl visit their sight and peruse the Judgements pronounced on that date and you will find it , if these have been uploaded. Or wait till after Diwali and you will find it shortly.
Or you can apply to them as a Party interested and get a official copy by filling the relevant fees , even thro Postal Order.
