if any employee working same and similar and same kind of work which is done by the regular worker of the establishment then the working condition/service condiction shall be same.
secondly the notification guidelines clrealy speak that a contractual employee shall be entitled to 30 days acrude/earned leaves and 10 days sick leave
as a basic principle and alson envesiged in various statutes like Factoirs Act/Shop Acts/Even central govt service rules earned leave if not availed by employee than shall be enchased, subject to total accumulation in your account at the time of leave of services bye whatever means.
more than the leave priscribed for accumulation automatically lasped.
but there is no provision which provide enchasment of unavailed leaves which during the service.may i am not aware any other memeber may through some light.
