Kindly clarify to the concerned gentleman in no less words that it is due to the cold and insensitive approach of the Govt/public undertaking that the applicant is submitting applications.
Had the public sector undertaking been attending to the applications and supplying information, applicant would not have felt the need of shaking and stirring the lord and masters of the undertaking to shake the public undertaking to do its duty.
Both the public undertaking and ministry/dept are accused of dereliction of duty.
