Sbi employee lease - not vacating

I have rented my apartment to SBI employee and the duration of the lease is 3 years. The SBI employee has not been paying maintenance on time. There are arrears in electricity bills every month. There are debtors who come with police and create nuisance frequently. The Flat owners association has asked me to fix the problems. I gave 2 month vacation notice to SBI and they are not asking their employee to vacate. The SBI employee is threatening of committing suicide and name me as responsible. What should I do to make the SBI employee vacate the premises.

you need to file the eviction suit against the SBI and its employees for removing them from your flat.

For legal assistance, you may call on the below given number.
