SC, High Court decisions etc -Hierarchy to be followed
It is well known that all decisions of Sc are binding on High Courts & Lower Courts and all decisions of High Courts are binding on Lower Courts.
In which Statute is this principle laid down?
Is there any law or SC decision to effect this?
