My self Madesh nagare, resident of Ulhasnagar, Thane, Maharashtra. My birth place is Jalna Maharashtra. I am belongs to Schdule Tribe "Mannevarlu" caste, I dont have caste certificate but my Grand Father & Uncle having the same. When i applied for ST Mannervarlu Caste Certificate at SDO office Jalna with
1. Application for ST cast certi.
2. My shcool leaving certi.
3. Grandfather & Uncle St Mannervarlu caste certi
4. Affidavit regarding language mention in school leaving & genealogy
5. Domicile certi
6. 1949 - 50 Revenue documents
The SDO rejected my application by putting the remark :
1.School Leaving Certificate must have to mentioned about caste ( In my leaving certificate, Telgu Language is mention under the Caste option)
2. Uncle, father or brother Cast validity needed (No family member have )
3. 1950's revenue documents with mention cast ( I have this document but Caste is not mentioned in it)
Request members provide proper guidelines/procedure to apply cast certificate .
