Search

The company of the employee protected the accused by not letting the police search the personal locker and drawers of the employee.

This has given the heads up to the employee and he will very smartly move the stuff from his office, the idea was to search the office and house on the same day so that he could not juggle but it failed since the company didnt allow the police to enter the premises made the complainant and police officials wait for 2 hours and finally refused.

My doubt is the employee told his security that he will join the investigation in police station and didnt meet the concerned officials in order to save embarassment.

the major objective is killed anything kept in his office will now be moved out... what is the benefit the complainant can get from such an event.

This is a genuine harassment case where husband has deserted the wife and has been trying all tricks which anti 498a suggests in order to save himself.

Please help!

NO benefits.

 

Did the compainant/ police had any orders for searching the premises? In the absence of Search Warrants, police could not have entered the premises.
