Sec 12(5) of DV Act says:- Every application shall be disposed off within 60 days. This section clearly gives the output that interim maintenance should not exceeds 2 months. After passing the order of interim maintenance without any evidence, wife drag on the case for many years and husband is bound to pay the interim maintenece for years without any evidence and output and also expending the money and time on attending the dates. I think this is the gross violation of sec 12(5) of DV Act05.
