just wanted to take your opinion on the following points
wife filed RCR, i filed divorce, she filed sec 125
i filed divorce in maharashtra, she filed RCR and sec 125 in MP
sec 125 is in argument stage for interim maintaiinence
my divorce case is in framing issues stage.
I want to know,
after she filed 125, can she file HMA 24 ? can double maintainence be asked?
since she has filed 125, and interim will shortly be passed, in such a scenario too, can she ask for travelling charges from me to mahrashtra for divorce case ?
can she ask travelling charges for companion too and lodging and boarding?
in interim maintainence case, if i am paying emi to a house which is in joint ownership with my brother, be considered while calculating maintainence? ( the house has been rented out to a tenant and we pay the difference amount to the bank after clubing it with the monthly rent received) will the court see this as an investement by me, especially since i am not living in that house right now, but only paying the EMI, and earning rent.?
