Dear Experts
1.What is the Difference between Sec. 304 part II of IPC and Sec. 304A of IPC?
2. In case of Hit and Run if a car driver drives a fast car and thrash someone and that person dies and driver runaway from spot;
then can Sec. 304 Part II should be applicable?
3. If in the above case Police neither takes up FSL Investigation nor Alcohol Test of Driver then is there any way to apply Sec. 304 Part II ?

Dear T. Kalaiselvan,
Its a query regarding a real incident with my Uncle(Mama) which i have witnessed.
Police has charged driver with Sec. 304 A instead of Sec. 304 Part II.
That's why i asked abovementioned questions to grab an understanding regarding that.
It would be helpful if you could throw some light on it.
