Can IO ask for more questions u/s 91 CrPC from the complainant even in case all the documents and details had been provided at the time of the complaint submitted...??
What is the legal way to get copies of the complaint made against me as the local police says i do not have any rights to have the complaint copy as well as they have forced to give me statement and also not providing the copy of that too.
