Question on Hindu Property on Mr. A's distribution of property among the second class heirs.
A is deceased and was unmarried so no children, His Father and mother are deceased.
His Father had two brothers one(B) is deceased and one(C) was surviving at the time of A's death.
C's son has got legal heir certificate through court and fighting a legal battle (second appeal) in a cheating case on forged will by a third party on the same property.(Lets leave that here for now).
B's is survived by 3 sons and 5 daughters.
Question is whether B's sons and daughters have legal rights on the property?
