Second crl. revision

My first crl. revision was "dismissed as withdrawn" by the sessions judge due to some clerical errors. No liberty was given to file fresh. Now i have filed a second revision upon which the question of maintainabilty has arose. I want something to show that if a petition was not heard on merits, second one could lie.

second criminal revision has been barred by law itself in Chapter XXiv itself. However u can move to High Court, which, if satisfied with the reasons accorded by you, can allow and hear the 2nd revision. It haz been provided in Cr.P.C. itself.

Approach High Court under section 482 of CrPC or under Article 226 and 227 of Constitution of India.
