Second joint name remocal process from chs share certificte

I and my wife (now deceased) having a joint property registered and Share Certificate of CHS has both our names namentioned.. We have no children.

I wish to delete name of my wife from the Share Certificates nwhere by it will single name.

I wrote to CHS but they need an indemnity stating the CHS is not resposible or accountable in case of any dispute.

Kindly advise as to what type of wording has to be shown on bond paper. Also the value of Bond Paper for preparing the indemnification.

Thank you
Sincere Regards
Mike

You consult a local lawyer to draft the indemnity bond on Rs.100/-.

Provide required documents Provide a certified copy of the death certificate, Provide a succession certificate or legal heirship certificate, Provide a no-objection certificate from other heirs If there are any), Provide an affidavit, and Provide a lineage list certificate (at least your name alone if there are no other legal heiurs).

Ask about the procedures for removing a deceased joint owner's name other than any other compliance in his regard

Respected Sir,

Me and my deceased.

We have no children and no legal heir.

I wrote a letter requesting removal of second name. Mine is First. Attached Share Certificates and Death Certificates.

Past office bearers completed the deletion on the basis of above documents but since new committee is formed after election and the new rules of indemnity bond.

I wish to know for the demand of indemnity.

Thank you Sir.

Sincere Regards
