Second marriage punishment while first wife is alive

Many such couples from far of states/cities come to Delhi and get married. They even procure marriage certificate for future use. No one ever bothers about their previous marital status. There are number of so called Mandirs or wedding hubs in Delhi who are flourishing with such fake marriage business. How far these young couple able to get relief in future for any official purpose especially the immigration to foreign country as married couple one cannot say.
