Is photocopy of loan agreement/ reciept made between the two parties (neither certified copy, nor original or compared with original copy) is admissible under sec -63 of indian evidence act on record in court?
The petitioner have make a request application to the court to admit the photocopy as described above under section 65 of indian evidence act and describe that the original has been lost, For that reason they are attaching the photocopy, but infact they are presenting a forged copy with computer amendment. Please give me advise as early as possible with cititions on this legal issue.
